How to register on freeshopy?
Si vous souhaitez vous inscrire sur freeshop, suivez les ��tapes suivantes :
• click on register
• Fill in the fields. Be sure to check your data when filling out.
• Click on the Finish button (in blue at the bottom of the form) to finalize your registration.
How do I log in to freeshopy?
To connect to freeshopy, nothing could be simpler.
• make sure you are registered, if you haven't already, we advise you to see the section How to register on freeshopy?
• Then click on Login
• fill in the fields with your email and password
• Click on the Login button to access your data.
How to create my online store on freeshopy?
To create your online store on freeshopy, follow these steps:
• make sure beforehand that you are logged in via your account. See section How to connect to freeshopy?
• Click here create my shop
• Fill in all the fields and click on the create my shop button (in blue). Your online store has been created, you can now define and update your online store settings.
How do I edit my store information?
Once your store is created, you can modify your settings as you wish. Follow the next steps to edit your online store information.

How do I deactivate / activate my online store?
Once your store has been created, you can deactivate or reactivate it whenever you want. Follow the next steps to deactivate/activate your online store.

How do I delete my online store on freeshopy?
With freeshopy you can permanently delete your online store. However, be aware that no one will be able to see or find it once you have deleted it. If you change your mind, you will have 15 days to restore it. After this time, you will be prompted to confirm that you want to permanently delete it. If you choose to unpublish instead, only admins will be able to see your store.To do this, click here

How do I track orders on freeshopy?
To follow the progress of your orders in your shop on freeshopy, follow these steps:
• click on My Orders; the list all your orders appears in a table
• click on the More button in the Action column if you wish to read or modify the information concerning an order
How to choose a template on freeshopy?
With freeshopy you can decide on the design of your choice for your online store.
To do this, click on choose a template

After selecting a template, you can define or modify its parameters using the template settings button
How to register a new delivery with freeshopy?

How to modify the payment form?
You can decide which customer's shipping details to display during checkout. To do this :
Click on Payment Method
Go to the Forms section at the bottom of the page and select the fields you want to display after an order has been placed.
For required fields, select the Required option
For optional fields, select the Optional option
For the fields you do not want to display select the Hidden option click save
How to track the number of visits and the number of conversions?
To follow the evolution of the number of visits and conversions on your online store site,
click on Visit rate
The overview visitors curve shows the evolution of the number of visits and conversions
You can also see the countries where your customers are located as well as the number of visitors by country by looking at the geographical map on the Visitors by Geo section..
How do I change the logo of my online store?
To change the logo of your online store on freeshopy, follow the steps below:
click on change my logo and look for the logo section
Then click on the choose a file button which allows you to upload an image from your device

How do I change the favicon of my online store?
A favicon is a computer icon symbolizing a website in the address bar. To change the flavicon of your online store on freeshopy, follow the steps below:
click on change flavicon and look for the Flavicon section
Then click on the choose a file button which allows you to upload an icon image from your device

How to customize my online store?
On freeshopy, you can customize your online store's site by adding your own CSS and Javascript codes.

For each section indicated (header, body, css, javascript), write the portion of code you want to add

How do I modify the navigation menu for my online store?
Freeshopy offers you the possibility to modify (re-order, add new elements ..) the navigation bar of your shop.
click on Edit my menu
You can add a new element to your menu by filling in the fields indicated (name of the element to add, icon, name of the page,...). The field named Target lets you specify whether you want this element to open in a new window or in the same window. Then click on the Add button to save and finalize the addition of the element. The created item is automatically placed at the top of the list of menu items.
You can also order the menu items according to your taste by clicking on the item and dragging it to the desired position. Freshopy also offers you the possibility to delete (or modify) a menu item by clicking on the delete icon (or the modify icon) located in the Action column. After modifying the parameters of a menu item, click on the Add button to save the modifications made.
How do I set the number of articles that display on the home page?
With freshoppy you have the possibility to choose the number of articles which are displayed on the homepage. To do this :
click on Change settings
and look for
the Number of products shown on collection pages section
Select the number of articles you want to display

How do I change the display direction on my online store?
With freshoppy you can choose in which direction you want to display your site. it can be displayed from left to right or from right to left (for languages like Arabic) To do this:
- click on Change settings
- look for the Shop direction section
- Select display direction
- Finally, to save the modifications, click on Modify. For more details, we advise you to follow the tutorial provided for this purpose by clicking on the Video Tutorial link located at the top of the page under Theme.
How do I make adjustments to my model?
With freshoppy you can change the colors of your site, customize the messages to display before or after each order. To do this:
- click on Change settings
- look for the Model setting section. A video tutorial is provided for this purpose to guide you step by step
- You will be asked to add to your model, the information to display at the top of your page. (email, phone, ...)
- You will also have to personalize the messages before and after ordering; add to your template the information to display at the top of your page. (email, phone, ...)
- You will also have to choose the colors of your site
- Finally, to save the modifications, click on Save.
How do I import files to my online store?
You can import files from your computer or phone to your online store. To do this :
- click here Add file
- click on choose a file and select the file from your device
- You can also delete a file already downloaded by clicking on the delete icon.

Thanks to its tracking widget, freshopy allows you to set up order tracking on your online store site. So your customers and you can easily track orders. To do this:

How do I change the size of my logo with css?
With freeshoppy you can customize your online store site. To resize your logo, follow these steps:

With freeshoppy, you can customize your online store site. To customize your menu bar, follow these steps:

- Change the color of your menu bar by modifying the value of background-color (for the background color) and height (for the size)
